BRRAF Boarding Service
Here at BRRAF we offer a very limited boarding service for rabbits and guinea pigs for when you go away or for any other reason. This enables us to bring in some money to keep the rescue going. We are based in Kingswood, Bristol.
*Please note from October - March we can only board outdoor rabbits/guinea pigs as our boarding pen is outside in an unheated outbuilding*
We are very passionate about animal welfare so your pets will get the best care while staying with us. The care & diet we provide will be tailored around their individual needs.
Our boarding pen for rabbits is 7.3 x 6.6ft and for guinea pigs it is 7.3 x 3.3ft.
Should your pet fall ill, we work with several exotic vets around the area but in most cases we can take your pet to your registered vets. All veterinary bills will be your responsibility and we will expect full payment on your return, however we will always try to contact you before taking your pet to the vet. If we feel it is an emergency and we cannot get hold of you, we will go ahead as the animal’s welfare is our priority.
Our boarding service prices include:

🐹 Pellets (if they’re on Burgess or Selective)
🐰Fresh herbs / forage
🐹 Hay
🐰 Bedding
🐹 Hides & other enrichment*
*We encourage you to bring their own blankets/toys or anything that smells like them to help them settle in but we can provide it if necessary.
As of 1st January 2024:
Single Rabbit/Guinea pig per night: £9
Pair of Rabbits/Guinea pigs per night: £10
For each additional animal it will be another £1 per night.
*Please note you will need to send proof of up to date vaccinations for your rabbits (Nobivac Plus) before we can confirm your booking*
